Ladies, this one's for you. I thought long and hard about whether to offer a 'women's-only' retreat, because women are not only more than capable of training alongside men, but they love it and usually push even harder than the guys! Despite that, there's no denying that women's bodies operate slightly differently, and lots of female clients tell me they enjoy the energy of training and sharing stories with other women. So this weekend will cover female specific health, focus on sculpting strong, feminine physiques, and address any questions or issues that you want to raise with us.
Deanna Brash is running this retreat with me, and she's a brilliant trainer. She's passionate about challenging people to move beyond their physical and mental boundaries to achieve a happy healthy life - the personal cheerleader you’ve always needed! With 9 years experience as a Personal Trainer, after leaving her dancing career, Deanna has developed her own movement concept that sculpts you into a strong, confident person. Her style of training combines elements of gymnastics, dance inspired movement, bodyweight exercise, mobility methods and myofascial release to create a long, lean physique whilst burning fat. Deanna understands how minds, bodies and the complexities of life all interact to affect our health and we'll be addressing this during the retreat.
Since we first met on the gym floor, Deanna has been so generous with her knowledge, energy and time and continues to inspire me by constantly challenging herself to achieve more. It's this spirit that that brought us together as friends, and that keep clients and members flocking to be trained by her.

What's included?
Daily workouts in a range of training styles, including Deanna's dance and movement inspired sessions. We will also take you through movement flows, myofascial release techniques and stretches. Alongside this we'll host workshops to cover your questions around nutrition and exercise and you'll have access to some of the best wellness specialists in Ibiza for 1-to-1 sessions if you want.
