Want the benefits of personal training but want to share the fun AND spread the cost?

Training with your partner, friends or colleagues is a great way to have a laugh, boost your motivation to stick to an exercise programme. Follow your own programme whilst motivating each other to stick to your goals and training sessions.

Sore neck? Aching back and shoulders? Tight hips? Headache? Trouble finding time to exercise? Trouble sleeping? All regular symptoms of today's fast-paced, and sometimes highly pressured, workplaces.

Performance is heavily reliant on physical and mental wellbeing. I understand this better than most. But regular exercise can increase productivity, boost mental alertness and can also be a great opportunity to have fun with colleagues.

Bespoke sessions can be hosted at your office, in the open air or at a local studio.

Who doesn't want to look and feel their best on their wedding day?

So, if you're getting married and want to keep training until you slip into your dress, then there's no reason you shouldn't dedicate some precious time to yourself in the lead up to your special day. Pre-wedding sessions are also a great way to let off steam, relax your mind and body, and focus on your own wellbeing amongst the many other things you'll no doubt be thinking about.

So ditch the seating plans (just for a bit) and get a quick feel-good fix!
