Creating a life that is fulfilling AND healthy isn't always easy. It requires commitment, planning and lots of things will try to get in your way.

Late nights and early mornings at work. That friend that always says 'Come ON! Just the one drink?'. Breakfast meeting pastries, mid-morning biscuits, mid-afternoon munchies and post-dinner desserts. Knowing that takeaway would make life WAY easier than cooking tonight. Wouldn't it? Feeling too unfit to go to that class. You'll wait until you're fit enough and then go. Yep. Good idea. Sleepless nights because of anxiety / the baby / insomnia* (*delete as appropriate).

Don’t get me wrong, who doesn’t love the odd doughnut or a glass of wine? But the key is striking a balance. The more you’re willing to commit, the greater and faster the results. And whatever life throws at you, if you can face it feeling healthy, then you’ll be better equipped to do your best job.

That’s why we train to feel confident and strong. To take on new challenges. To learn new skills. To feel flexible, agile and alive. Of course, it’s nice to have a perky bum or pecs, lean limbs and a flat tum as a result. But you are so much more than that. 

​Unfortunately in today's society, there is an unhealthy obsession with bodily perfection. And actually, perfection doesn't exist. We are all beautiful and amazing in our own individual way, and true happiness comes from learning to embrace and nurture our bodies to become our best selves.

Once the desire to change is there, and you’ve decided what success looks like for you, training is simple, intense and effective. It’s functional training using weights, bodyweight and HIIT to burn fat and build a lean, athletic physique. And no ladies, you won’t get bulky from lifting weights. In fact, weight training is the key to building the lean muscle and the perky bum I mentioned earlier!

Our sessions are an opportunity for you to let off steam, to own your sweat without fear of judgement or comparison, to push harder, jump higher, pull faster, lift heavier, to grunt (if you really need to!), lift your mood with endorphins, learn about yourself, push your comfort zone and experience the intense rewards that come from dedicating yourself to regular exercise.

Training methods come from a wide range of disciplines including HIIT, weight training, Kettlebells, TRX,  calisthenics, yoga and running to keep workouts fresh, and build strong, healthy physiques. I want to empower you to shatter the concept of your comfort zone, inject excitement and fun into exercise, and encourage you to rethink the boundaries of what you think is possible.

If you walk away from our sessions feeling energised, and physically and mentally stronger, then I go home feeling incredibly fulfilled and knowing I made the right decision to dedicate my life to my passion.
