When I worked in PR, sometimes HR would gently remind certain people that they needed to book the rest of their holiday allowance in towards the end of the year. I can't remember ever being one of those people though! Taking a break from everyday life to change pace and routine and focus on our body and mind is now recognised as being a necessity rather than a luxury. It enables us to be more productive, more creative, focussed on our ambitions and grounded. 

Since coming to Ibiza I've been keen to create an 
affordable opportunity to soak up the endless energy here, move your body, eat delicious food, sleep deeply and connect with yourself whilst developing your fitness. So if you want to expand your body and mind whilst surrounded by the beauty of Ibiza then that's exactly what these retreats are all about.

I've teamed up with some incredible coaches (that I'm lucky enough to also call great friends) each of them specialists in their field, to host these fitness retreats. Each one has a specific area of focus, but all have been designed to help you restore balance in your life, recharge and renergise.

Days will be filled with intense but fun workouts poolside, on the beach and in stunning locations, delicious plant based food, hikes through Ibiza’s rugged terrain to stunning secret beaches, workshops, coaching to 
build your confidence and knowledge and chill time at the beautiful villa. 

Swims, runs and walks will take us out into the beautiful island to explore, have fun and reconnect to nature. During your stay we'll also work on tricks to calm the mind, align your breathing with your body, and feel more in the moment.​ You’ll have an unforgettable experience and leave feeling healthier, leaner, inspired and ready to face life. ​

The Food

The delicious menu is plant based with no sugar, wheat, gluten, additives or preservatives. Our chef uses fresh, local, seasonal ingredients to create nutritious dishes that support fat loss, optimum gut health and fuel your daily training sessions. The focus is on fresh food and mindful eating. And you won’t be left feeling hungry either. Promise!

Typical retreat schedule

00815 - Pre-workout fruit and nuts, fresh coffee and herbal teas to give you an energy boost before your first workout or yoga session
0900 - HIIT training session
0945 - Nutritious breakfast of chia seed pudding, blueberries, raspberries, coconut, bee pollen and protein shots
1100 - Weight training session
1230 - Alfresco lunch
1300 - Post-lunch siesta and pool time
1400 - Hike to secret beach and sea swim
1700 - Superfood snack treats on return from hike
1830 - Group evening meal
1930 - Relaxation, chill time, massages and treatments

Accommodation and location

The stunning 5-bedroom villa is a short drive from the beautiful Cala Bassa and Port d'Es Torrent beaches in South-west Ibiza and blends contemporary, modernist chic with quirky, rustic touches.

The outside dining area is the heart of the villa, where you’ll enjoy healthy lunches and dine alfresco each night. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for post-workout siestas! Beyond the house, some of the best beaches and coves in Ibiza are within easy reach and we’ll be exploring the stunning hills and rugged coastline during training sessions. The villa is well placed to watch Ibiza’s famous sunsets across the countryside from the balconies. 

And for ease and convenience, Ibiza airport is just 25 minutes drive away.

Rates

All rates are per person:

£595 - 3-share. Room with king or superking bed, 1 day bed and en-suite bathroom. Book with friends or share with other guests

£735 - double room. Room with king or superking bed and en-suite bathroom. Book with friends or a partner
£1,035 - solo. Room with king or superking bed and en-suite bathroom. For single occupancy

£250 - Ibiza residents. Breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks included, dinner and accommodation not included. 8.30am - 6pm

Spaces are limited so to reserve a space, you just need to make a non-refundable deposit of £200. The full balance is then due 6 weeks before the retreat. For bookings less than 6 weeks before the retreat the full amount will be due when booking.
